We had an amazing time enjoying the cozy bar area for our evening meals, and our spacious executive room was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel also offered a nice lounge area and a fitness center to unwind. While the breakfast plates could have been warmer, it didn't take away from our enjoyable stay overall. 😊

Couple getaway worth it

Had a lovely room with a stunning view of the Cathedral. The staff were incredibly friendly, and one receptionist even made sure I had all the Nespresso I needed.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for the experience, it was still reasonable.

Great view of the cathedral from my room. Parking is very limited and tough to manage. Close to pubs and local attractions. Nice breakfast selection too.

Great location, but needs a refresh

Had a solid stay for 1 night. The location was ideal, just a quick walk to the high street. Upgraded to a privilege room with a stunning cathedral view, but wow, those pillows were rocks! The breakfast was nice, though the lounge bar was a bit vacant when I went for water. Definitely room for improvement.

Basic amenities like USB ports were absent, making it inconvenient for charging devices. maintenance seemed overlooked, with broken fixtures and dusty corners that could use some serious attention. Internet connectivity was shaky, which is a hassle when planning your next adventure. Even the bathrooms fell short. they appeared dated, and some facilities caused discomfort rather than relaxation.

Had a night here and the location was perfect for exploring. We were on a dinner and breakfast package, but had a bit of a surprise with extra charges at checkout. Staff were friendly, but things got chaotic during busy times. The dining area was nice, but lacked atmosphere with few guests around. Comfortable room, though.

The location couldn't be better, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions, perfect for exploring the city. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making it a cozy place to return to after a day of sightseeing. the decor is quite dated and could use some refreshing.

my stay exceeded expectations compared to my last trip to winchester. the room was spacious, beautifully clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the breakfast featured a delightful selection of pastries and fresh fruit, which made mornings special....

I enjoyed my stay in an executive room with the stunning view of the cathedral right outside my window, and the wonderful convenience of being just a short walk from Winchester's vibrant high street full of shops and eateries made my city strolls even more enjoyable. As a single traveler, I appreciated the excellent breakfast options and the comfortable seating in the bar area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, but the ageing bathrooms could really use an update.
